Gwen
Gwen, an outdoor enthusiast and avid long-distance runner and mountain trekker, originally found yoga too slow for her liking. However, her perspective shifted dramatically when she began working in a physiotherapy clinic and later suffered a sports injury that sidelined her from her favorite activities. These experiences taught her the vital role of yoga in building muscle memory and enhancing daily functional movements, leading her to a deep and transformative engagement with yoga.
Retiring from a nearly two-decade career in the corporate world, Gwen embarked on her yoga journey, completing her first 200-hour yoga teacher training. This marked a point of no return as she delved deeper into the wisdom of yoga, eventually sharing her learnings through teaching. Gwen’s practice not only allowed her to return to running and trekking but also enhanced these activities with her newfound insights. She lives by the philosophy of “Apply therapy according to lifestyle,” aiming to tailor her yoga teachings to enhance her students’ daily lives.
Gwen is highly qualified, with a 500-hour RYT with Yoga Seeds, alongside specialized trainings including a 250-hour Diploma in Yoga Therapy, 100-hour Yin Yoga & Anatomy, 50-hour Basic and Meridian Yin Yoga, and various other certifications focused on making yoga accessible and therapeutic. His teaching philosophy is influenced profoundly by continuous learning in Iyengar Yoga and his extensive readings on yoga and consciousness. Mahendra believes that the physical practice of yoga should resonate deeply, enhancing one’s inner core, with health benefits being a natural byproduct. His classes focus significantly on improving the inner mindscape through precise postures and mindful breathing.
In addition to his technical expertise, Mahendra is a skilled storyteller who uses mythological tales and parables from Indian tradition to deepen students’ understanding of yogic practices. These stories often become an integral part of his meditation sessions, making them uniquely reflective and enlightening.

Diyanah
Diyanah was first attracted to yoga as a form of physical exercise that helped ease persistent lower back pain from long hours of working in an office. As the years passed, yoga started to evolve into a way to regulate the nervous system and to quieten the noise in her mind. She pursued her teacher training (YTT200) at Peculiar Yogi, where she was exposed to Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
As a teacher, she holds space for students’ diverse motivations for practice, as she has experienced how her own motivations have evolved with time. She aims to ensure that students feel comfortable and steady in yoga postures so that spaciousness in the mind can arise.

Adeline
Adeline believes that yoga is a pathway to living better by moving more freely, feeling more deeply, and breathing more fully. Her teaching philosophy centers on the idea that rest, reset, and slowing down are powerful tools for recalibrating both body and mind.
She views rest not as a pause, but as an active and compassionate practice of self-care and nervous system regulation. When the inner well is full, there is more patience, kindness, and energy to share with others. In every class and training, she holds a safe and supportive space where students are invited to slow down without judgment, listen to their body’s signals, and reconnect with their inner calm.
Her approach blends Restorative Yoga, Myofascial Release, and nervous system awareness, all grounded in science and delivered with heart. With precise and clear instructions, she guides students to move safely while feeling empowered to make choices that serve their unique needs.
At the core of her teaching is a commitment to supporting each student’s personal journey with presence, compassion, and a deep belief in the transformative power of rest and mindful movement.

Whether working with children or adults, she aims to build not just a class, but a supportive and interactive community.
